They are constructed of high quality materials engineered for long life and high sound performance.

ONE.618 products should be treated with care and procedures and suggestions on proper use and maintenance should always be followed.

STANDARD WARRANTY

All new ONE.618 products are covered by a Standard Warranty.
Because we are so proud and sure in our Ultra High Performance Concrete we can provide LIFETIME WARRANTY on all concrete parts, we garantee they will not lose it’s properties and degrade performance in any way.
All other parts including electronics are covered for two (2) years from the date of purchase by the original owner. Thus, please keep safe any purchase document/receipt, as this validates your Warranty.
Demonstration products will carry of one (1) year Warranty from the date of original purchase from manufacturer or an authorized dealer and within one (1) year of product discontinuation.

EXTENDED WARRANTY

As one of our customers, to maximize your investment value and have even longer protection and peace of mind, you can benefit from our extended warranty making maintenance costs more transparent and predictable.
To take full advantage of your ONE.618 Extended Warranty, the product must be registered within 30 days of purchase.

WHAT IS COVERED

Both Standard and Extended Warranty covers all ONE.618 products from the material, technical, and manufacturing defects and/or inconsistencies.
ONE.618 will, at its discretion and expense, either repair the defect using new or refurbished parts or replace the product with a new or re-manufactured product of a reasonable equivalent.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
  • Deterioration of components which are naturally subject to wear or exhaustion with use.

  • Any defect caused by improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accident, disaster, negligence, abuse, including over-driving of speakers and similar wrongful use.

  • Defects which have been caused by lightning, fire, water, sun, voltage fluctuations, improper ventilation or other events of force majeure beyond the control of ONE.618.

  • Field assistance for problems that can be solved with on-line software updates. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide network connection for these updates.

  • Any unauthorised software / firmware upgrade, and modification.

  • Defects or performance decline in consumables (i.e. components that are expected to require regular replacement such as but not limited to batteries) as well as defects caused by overcharging or undercharged storage.

  • Any surface imperfections in concrete surface due to sole nature of material.

  • Any staining or discoloration of concrete parts caused by abnormal use or not following maintenance manual.

  • Repairs and cleaning of the product due to external influences.

  • If the product is opened, unauthorized repair, tampering, alteration, or modification are made, as determined solely by us.

  • If the label bearing the serial number has been removed or defaced.

  • If the product is not used in accordance with the instructions.

  • Warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original end-user purchaser.

  • Shipping or transportation charges from a consumer to a dealer or a distributor.

  • Shipping damages, any defect caused by improper packing. So we highly recommend retaining the original box and all original packaging to ensure safe transit should any issue arise.

IF YOU BELIVE YOUR PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE

We will do our utmost to sort out any problems quickly and to your satisfaction.

  • Where items are found to be faulty within 7 days from date of purchase, they will be classed as an out of box failure. We will replace the faulty product immediately (subject to stock availability).

  • Any faulty items over 30 days old will need to be returned for warranty repair.

  • For products that fail outside the warranty or warranty period, please contact us so we can inspect the product and estimate the costs to repair your product.

PRODUCT UPGRADE SERVICE

If you use our Extended Warranty, and you want your product to be upgraded or its outer appearance changed, you can contact us and we will do our best to satisfie your wishes.
